The bed was comfortable, leading to restful nights. Breakfast included a vast selection, AMAZING!!! The room was clean and well kept.
The hotel did not replenish coffee sachets, and the air conditioning did not function correctly.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, near the Ostbahnhof station. Accessing various parts of the city is very easy via the rail system. It proved very useful for exploring local attractions.

Great hotel with an ideal location

The hotel is near metro stations. I walked to Zeil in less than twenty minutes. The lobby had an elegant and stylish design. The gym included sandbags and cables and also had a hot sauna. The room was very quiet with great views. Late checkout was an available option.
I noticed that exterior window doors dropped off their hinges.

check-in was quick and efficient. i had a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. i found the room clean and well maintained (very important for me).
i missed having a phone in the room to contact reception easily.
